Creativity is about imagination, play, and fun. It’s also about everyday joys and creating memories. We hope to inspire and share ways for you to do all this and perhaps surprise you along the way.
Most of our activities are specifically designed for children to be able to work independently. We help work at home parents carve out focus time, equip teachers to keep students of diverse abilities engaged and working and support caregivers with high quality screen-free activities that empower, entertain and educate.
We support busy parents, teachers & caregivers by providing educational, enriching and self-directed kids activities that empower the next generation to value and foster creativity in themselves, diversity in their community and empathy for their peers.
I am a 31-year-old Colombian American teacher. That grew up in a big family full of affection and values. Second of three sisters. Cheerleading fan. Married and full of dreams and desires to build a better world.
My experience as a teacher starts in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. Where I participated in multiple internships, teaching to kids from all the ages and social contexts. From children with vulnerabilities to private schools and alternative teaching projects.
In the United States, I started to work in private childhood centers in 2012 taking care of the small kids but realized that Montessori learning methodology fits my teaching model.
Currently, I am a Montessori lead teacher for the last five years. As a contributor to Cute Rascals blog, I supervise all the Montessori related activities to ensure they align with the Montessori philosophy that fosters rigorous, self-motivated growth for children and adolescents in all areas of their development, with a goal of nurturing each child's natural desire for knowledge, understanding, and respect.
I consider myself as a young but experienced teacher who sees in children the reason for joy and the possibility to build the best future for our society.
I am 28 years old and I am the mother of two children. I have a degree in early childhood education. I am a person whit values, adaptability, and teamwork.
I started working whit children during my university internships, I had the opportunity to work in different private and public institutions whit children in vulnerable conditions, low economic resources, and whit special educational needs.
I also worked whit public foundations as a teacher volunteer with children in difficult situations at home. I currently work as a private teacher.
I design and create every activity in my own kids in mind, keeping them engaged and learning. In fact, they are featured in all the videos you see on our site.
