Difficulty level: Advanced. This Mother’s Day crafts for kindergarten activity is designed to be carried out autonomously and independently under adult surveillance.

MATERIALS
- Colored pipe-cleaners
- Bond paper/construction paper in red, green, blue, and orange
- A black marker
- Glue
- A tray
- Scissors
ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT
(Adult supervision)
Step 1:
Take the orange paper and draw a pot on it.
Step 2:
Cut out the pot and glue it on the blue paper.
Step 3:
Paste the pipe-cleaners vertically over the pot as the flower stems.
Step 4:
Draw the leaves of the roses on the green paper. Cut them out and paste them along the sides of the pipe-cleaners (stems).
Step 5:
Draw the rose’s buds on the red paper. For two roses, you should cut out four buds.
Step 6:
Fold two buds in accordion shape and glue them over the other two buds. Once done, glue the buds onto the paper at the end of the stems.

Then they will be able to place them to form the figures strengthening their memory and hand and finger movements. You can carry out this Mother’s Day craft activity with older children.
