Step 1:

Step 3:
Pour the water into the plastic bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Step 4:
Add the flour into the plastic bowl.
Step 5:
Mix the ingredients until you get a lot of foam.
Step 6:
After that, children can play with it, enjoy, and learn.
Step 7:
While children are playing with the foam, they can make prints or scrawls on a piece of paper.
