Step 1:
Take a strip of bond/construction paper.
Step 2:
Pass the strip of paper and interlace it through each opening of the Easter egg.

HOW TO CARRY OUT THIS WEAVING FOR KIDS ACTIVITY WITH CHILDREN OF OTHER AGES?
CHANGES FOR CHILDREN UNDER 4 YEARS OLD
This weaving for kids activity can be done with younger children. It is necessary to change the materials to reduce the difficulty level. In this case, they will use printable eggs with holes all around the edge so that the children go through each hole using wool or fabric tape. In this way, children will carry out a preschool activity appropriate to their development and abilities.
CHANGES FOR CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OLD
This weaving for kids activity can be done with older children. To increase the difficulty level, it is not necessary to change the materials. To make the weaving for kids activity more attractive, children will do the exercise by arranging the bond paper strips following a pattern. After finishing this step, children will take the scissors and trim each strip’s excess. At this age, children likely can cut with greater agility. In this way, an easter activity appropriate to the children’s development and abilities will be carried out.
